The lightest insurance policy you will ever carry.

A bright orange emergency bivvy bag that weighs almost nothing and lives permanently in the lid pocket. If someone goes over on an ankle two hours from the car, this is what keeps them warm while you wait for help. Reflective inner holds body heat; the outer keeps rain and wind off.

Why we like it

• Full-length bag rather than a blanket, so heat stays in
• High-visibility orange for being spotted from a distance
• Waterproof and windproof outer
• Small enough to forget about until you need it

Good to know

Buy one per person, not one per group. Pair it with our Survival Tube Tent and a first aid kit and you have the three items every UK mountain leader carries. Check it is still in the pack at the start of each season.
