How much is US shipping?

Shipping to US addresses is free on every order.

When will my order arrive?

US Warehouse products

For products in our US Warehouse collection, shipping to US addresses is free. Orders typically dispatch within 1–3 days, followed by an estimated 3–7 days in transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Tracking details are emailed when your parcel is on its way.

Other products

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

• Overseas fulfilment partner: typically 10 to 15 working days to the UK and US, tracked. This includes most water filters, showers, water bags and survival kit outside the US Warehouse collection.
• Direct from the brand's warehouse: typically 7 to 14 working days to the UK. US orders are usually quicker because many brands ship from within the US.

Why has only part of my order arrived?

Products are dispatched directly from fulfilment partners' warehouses. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. If your order hasn't arrived 15 working days after dispatch, email support@takeahike.uk and we'll chase it or replace it.

Can I return an item?

If you change your mind, tell us within 14 days of your order arriving. You then have a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, water filters and hydration bladders can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.

How do I arrange a return?

Email support@takeahike.uk with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply within one working day with instructions. Please wait for those instructions before sending anything back, as some items go back to the fulfilment partner.

You pay return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 working days.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or wrong?

Check your order when it arrives and email us within 48 hours with a couple of photos if something is wrong. In most cases we'll send a replacement or full refund without asking you to post anything back.
