A ready-made emergency kit, with or without a knife.

If you would rather not assemble a survival kit from scratch, this set puts the basics in one zipped case: fire starting, signalling, first aid essentials and a few multi-purpose tools. Keep it in the rucksack lid, the glove box or the van, and check it is still complete at the start of each season.

Why we like it

• Fire starter, signalling and first aid essentials in one compact case
• Lightweight enough to live permanently in a day pack
• Two versions: No Knife, and With Knife for those who want a cutting tool included

Good to know

Choose No Knife for DofE, school groups and anywhere a blade is not appropriate. Add a foil blanket, your own medication and a whistle on a lanyard and you have a solid kit for UK hill walking. See photos for the full contents.

Age restriction: the With Knife version includes a bladed item, so we can only sell it to customers aged 18 or over. Age verification may be required on delivery.
