A stable, bounce-free running and hiking pack with a 2 L bladder included.

The Unigear hydration pack is designed for moving fast: chest and double waist straps hold it flat against your back so it does not swing when you run or scramble, and the whole thing including the 2 litre bladder weighs about half a kilo. Splash-resistant nylon keeps your layers dry in light rain, and the adjustable straps fit everyone from teenagers to adults with a 50-inch chest.

Why we like it

• 2 L (70 oz) BPA-free bladder included, with hose and bite valve
• Chest and dual waist straps stop the pack bouncing
• Lightweight splash-resistant nylon, about 0.5 kg all in
• Small front pocket for gels, keys and a phone
• About 42 × 20 × 15 cm; five colours

Good to know

To use the bite valve, connect the tube, open the lid, squeeze the mouthpiece once so the slit opens, and turn the valve on. Clean the bladder with warm water and a little bicarbonate of soda, or with reservoir cleaning tablets, and dry it hanging open. Backed by the brand's 60-day guarantee on top of our 14-day money-back promise.
