A torch on your finger, so both hands are free.

Fiddling with a tent peg, a stove valve or a fishing knot in the dark usually means a headtorch pointing the wrong way or a phone in your teeth. This glove has a small LED on the index finger that shines exactly where your hands are working. It is one of those cheap bits of kit that ends up in the van permanently.

Why we like it

• LED light mounted on the finger, aimed at whatever you are doing
• Simple on/off, easy to put on and take off
• Stretchy spandex and cotton fabric with an adjustable strap
• Useful for camp chores, night fishing, changing a tyre, checking the engine

Good to know

Sold as a single glove; choose left or right when you order. Colour: black. It is splash resistant rather than a diving glove.
